So my old and faithful Logitech G510 has pressed its last :( and i need a replacement, i have found 4 which i like the look of...

Razer Black Widow Ultimate

Razer Orbweaver

Mad Catz S.T.R.I.K.E 7

Corsair Vengeance K70

​Which one should i go for?

Orbweaver isn't even a keyboard. It's a keypad. Not enough buttons to type quickly or really at all. In general, Razer is pretty low quality in contrast to other options. MadCatz still associates with console offerings that were very low end/easy to break. Corsair is amongst the best of the 'big' brands.

Gonna join the bandwagon here and say K70 RGB. Another option that I know you haven't listed is a Ducky Shine - Much less frills, but definitely a very good functional mechanical keyboard.

STRIKE 7 is Overpriced to hell,

Orbweaver is a game pad, not a keyboard replacement

Blackwidow Ultimate, I'm not overly a fan of Razers keyboards, especially now they have swapped from Cherry switches.

 

So out of those ones, K70.

Of the ones you posted, the K70 is the best. There are a lot of other nice options out there too
