weird cpu temps

i have a cold bet tower cpu cooler (don't know exact model) and i am getting some weird temps ,

i have an i5-3470 overclocked to 4ghz and my temps never go over 60 degrees (max was 59 after aida 64 for 1 hour) 

i am not bragging here it just seems weird to me  is it normal or should i be worried ?

they are normal if not ok
