I am having some issues with my PC not giving the full performance of my graphics card. I have a Sapphire R9 280x 3GB and I'm running battlefield 4 on Low settings and im still not holding a solid 60 FPS. I need some help figuring this one out. Anyone got anything?

 

My freinds are saying that i have something major wrong but they don't know what.

 

System Build:

AMD FX-8120 @4.0 GHZ

 

ASUS Sabertooth 990fx Gen3

 

12 GB total(8 gb G.Skill Ripjaws+ 4 gb of off brand i got from a freind. Both Clocked at 1600 Mhz)

 

Cooler Master EVO 212 CPU cooler

 

Coarsair TX 750W Platinum grade

 

Samsung Evo 820? 128gb SSD

 

Seagate 1TB Barracuda

 

windows 7 64 bit home premium

I have the exact same problem and I don't know what it is... Battlefield is still broken I reckon.

Could be the maps you're playing on, is it like that on all maps and in single player?

Well that's why, you're using an FX8k series. You need a high teir i5/i7 to even remotely play BF4 at good frame rates.

First, remove the outlier brand in the system and try it. If that doesn't work, try each stick individually.
