need help upgrading mobo

So I'm going to buy this build from a local Custom gaming PC store, I also plan to upgrade the GPU later on:

Motherboard :  ASUS M5A78LM LX PLUS

CPU: AMD fx 6300

GPU: Radeon r7 260

RAM: 8GB ddr3-1600 kingston 

HDD: 1TB WD 7200

 

I know this isn't a beasty build and I also know I can get a better yet cheaper build for the price they offer (649$+15% tx) many times have I asked for a build that goes between 700-800$ CND no one was able to go over 880$ with shipping without windows 8.1 OS
