need help saving money

planning my first pc build and looking for ways I can save some money on it. I designed it to be upgradable and would like it to stay that way. Otherwise if im doing anything wrong please tell me I don't want to mess this up.

If the build is designed to be upgradable don't skimp on the case (and PSU). A good case can last you many many years

Ssd's, more memory, possibly another gpu and a optical drive. The cooler is so I can safely overclock it

if you are just going to be gaming get the cheaper 1600mhz ram

its only 2 quid cheaper to get ddr3-1600

cheaper, and for only gaming and school, this will be fine. a little later when you get some more money you can upgrade the cpu, since it is z97 you could go broadwell. and i got a good psu for you so you can get another gpu

yes you can, you can do a little on the stock cooler otherwise get a 212 evo
