Windows Installation Crash

I downloaded a Windows 7 .iso from a reliable website.  After the 20 min download, I open it and download Windows 7 to my computer.  Finally, the computer restarts and starts to boot up, when I get a black screen saying:

If you have a Windows installation disc, insert the disc and restart your computer.  Click "Repair your computer," and then choose a recovery tool.

 

Otherwise, to start Windows so you can investigate further, press the ENTER key to display the boot menu, press F8 for Advanced Boot Options, and select Last Known Good.  If you understand why the digital signature cannot be verified and want to start Windows without this file, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement.

did you burn the ISO to a CD or USB?

This would be ringing alarm bells to me, Sounds like your download corrupted or your reliable website is not as reliable as you thought.

Winload.efi is pretty important, if it's corrupted or malicious, It's advised that you don't boot. go get your iso from MS.
