Help with video encoding.

Hi guys, just let me take 2 minutes of your life (at least ) with my problem... 

 

Basically, ive got a ginormous video I recorded trying out some settings in OBS and I can't successfully compress it... Its a 21.5 GB video for 20-something minutes... (the "broken" video is just 2 min fragment, as i did a quick encode trial).

Use handbrake if you dont need to edit anything, use sony vegas if you do.
