Friend is clearing out his old tech. He has a Gateway with a G43 chipset mobo with support for 1333mhz DDR3 and Core 2 Quads (LGA 775)

He has no idea what he wants me to pay, all I know is I'll take that tiny gateway. I'll throw in 8GB of RAM, and use it as one beast-as-fuck home theater PC.

 

My Core 2 Quad Q8300 has needed a home for quite some time.

Eric S. Raymond used an E6600 from 2005 until 12/30/14 or open source software creation. Raw data computations in excess of 18GB each. Core 2 Duos still have tons of life left, my friend.
