Help! Pagefile usage PEAKING!

so i noticed my browser being really slow all the time and i keep getting frames drop in games so i opened up afterburner to see what is happening and i noticed everything looks like is pretty normal expect for my pagefile usage i dont know what that is and is that the reason my computer is so slow? still kind of confused and how do I lower my pagefile usage?

Control Panel > System > Advanced > (Performance area) "Settings" > Advanced > (Virtual Memory area) "Change"    >>>>   About halfway down this page is a toggle circle for NO PAGE FILE.

Click it, problem solved.

 

<- Deleting pagefiles since Win XP.   I've run no pagefile with 4, 8, 16 & now 24GB's of memory, not one issue.

If the system runs out of RAM, and it has no virtual memory to use, the system will come to a halt.
