Hey guys, i have a fx-6300 am3+ system now, and i want to change to a FM2+ A88X system just because of the green color scheme on the Gigabyte G1 sniper mobo and because i have heard there will come out a whole new architecture in 2015 for FM2+

Any cpu recommedations? My gpu is a R9 270, and NO, i wont change to Intel just because of the price tag that comes with it.

Wait for the new lot to come out in the market coz you just need color change which is good i'll say coz spending on your satisfaction is a good thing. just wait for 60 days.

The 860k would really be the only *cough* 'good' option and even that is a downgrade from the 6300.

Well, not that much, and like i said, upgrade in the future to excavator architecture?

Wait for the new lot to come out in the market coz you just need color change which is good i'll say coz spending on your satisfaction is a good thing. just wait for 60 days.

yes waiting a little for better to come out when you don't really need an upgrade in present days is a wise thing to do.

I dont go intel because it costs more, and i want the G1.Sniper green with A88X it is 100 euro here, for Z87 it is 150 euro. the future 960K is probably going to cost 80 euro so that makes 180 euro, the I5 4690K costs 220 euro here so that makes 370 euro. That is a difference of 190 euro, for some people that is not a lot, but for me it is not worth it and i would spend that money on othet components.

I am thinking about that mobo, with the g3258. because i have read it is oc compatible
