so i am supposed to build a pc for my dad,not targetting at a gaming build just a low cost built with great multitasking performance so this is what i figured out

yes there should be faster memory,faster drive and 430w psu is too much but again this is the bang for the buck thing atleast in my country .... what do you guys recommend

less cores but l3 cache but then i am scared about its performance in heavy gui based applications and depending on which my dad will judge me whether i really know about computers or not ..... :/ 

also explaining to him everything about that he really dosent need an i3 is one big thing i would have to deal with

Hi there @switchkill!

 

I think this build will do a perfect job for office work. Nonetheless, the WD Green is a very good drive designed for storage purposes, and since it's boot drive you're looking for, I would recommend WD Blue which meant for everyday computing and will suit better. I don't know if your industry affiliate or not since i am using tapatalk but,i have always preffered wd drives due to thier low faliure rates and awesome onsite warranty support,i would have gone with a blue drive since they are faster,but currently they are in shortage in my country and thus being overpriced since i had bought a blue drive few months ago at 40% less... It would be nice if wd solves this problem

Actually the a6 wouldn't fit in the per pc budget since he would be getting 5 machines..... And 320gb won't be enough even 1tb isn't enough sometimes due to the amount of documents

Just go for the 5350 then... Or go on ebay and get some old prebuilts with core 2 duos
