So I m new to this whole high def audio world and I am buying the Schiit stack for my Sennheiser HD 558 and every one after it. But, see I dont have a Desktop. But I was getting a laptop until I realized it had no rca jacks. Will using a 3.5 male to rca female and usb to 3.5 male to rca female work?

If you are getting the "stack" then I presume you are getting the Modi too.  The Modi is a DAC and does not require (cannot make use of) analog cabling from your laptop/source...  If your laptop has a USB jack on it, that is what plugs into the Modi.  Then the Modi and the Magni are connected together by RCA.  If you only want to use an amplifier the cable you have described will connect, RCA into the amp, 3.5 male stereo jack into the headphone jack of your phone/laptop/tablet/soundcard/motherboard.

This one will do that last bit all in one cable and might save you a dollar or two as well:  http://www.amazon.com/Dynex-Mini-Stereo-Audio-Cable/dp/B0032JAG4G/ref=sr_1_10?s=mp3&ie=UTF8&qid=1420806837&sr=1-10&keywords=female+rca+to+3.5mm+male+cable

System: i5 6600K@3.6 GHz, Gigabyte Z170XP SLI, 2x8 Corsair DDR 3000, Corsair Hydro H60i cooler, Rosewill CAPSTONE 750w Gold PSU, 1x 512GB SSD, 1x 2TB 7200RPM, Windows 10 Pro x64
Display: XFX R9 390 DD, triple 1920x1200 24" HP monitors (5760x1200 @ 60Hz)   Sound: Audio-gd NFB-11 -> AKG K7XX or 2.1 speaker system
