Video Camera Recommendation

I am looking for a new camera for a high school news program.  We currently have a couple of Panasonic AG-HMC80P and are at a bit of a loss as to what to replace them with.  So much money would need to go into having them fixed that I really don't think it is worth it at this point.

Requirements:

Durable

AVCHD (SD Card Recording)

Dual XLR inputs with +48V Power

Manual Control for Iris, Focus, Aperture, and Colour Temperature

Batteries that are taken out of the camera to be charged, allowing multiple batteries to be used in a charge/use cycle

All of this in a 2000-2500 budget.

If someone could give me some ideas, that would be great!

Thanks.

I need to stay away from external audio.  It needs to be an all in one solution for ease of use.

Hi,

I would suggest Sony HDRCX130 Handycam Camcorder..

I truelly doubt that camcorder has all things OP wants based on its price and the form factor

May the light have your back and your ISO low.
