Firephone sucks 

actually its not bad and will be good for a budget compact phone, just root the software, after all it is juat a terrible android skin, just root it and install a new launcher

It's not that easy to root or change the rom of a smartphone like this one.

$190 off contract for a fairly high end phone? That's actually a really good deal. Since the Fire Phone uses a modified version of Android, you can just sideload the Google Play Store and bam, it's like any other Android phone.

Remember, this is around the price of a moto g... and it has a snapdragon 800! for this price, I would recommend it to anybody wanting a phone under $200 and is willing to root (and to most that aren't).
