my computer is new i dont have it even for 2 monts now its freezing for 10 or 15 seconds and start working again that was noth happening i chek the temperatures and wherre in 32 35 playing go to 40 c i clean both disc i unistall couple of programs i dont know what to do its annoying because playing bf4 when it gets freeze i got kick from the game the same as titanfall and bf3 and its not only gaming it using the computer sometimes get that 10 sec to 15 sec freeze dont know why ... any help ?

Lets start with your computer parts list. Is it the game or the whole Windows that freezes?

i have a msi z97 gaming matx

intel core i5 4690k

corsair vengance 8 gb 2400 

corsair hx 750w 

msi gtx 970 gaming 

crucial 128 gb for windows and stuff

wd black 1 tb for games and movies 

cooler swiftech h220x

 

 

and it freeze with out gaming 2 for 10 to 15 seconds

Was hopping to see HDD as the main drive :) but ssd wouldn't freeze unless it is out of space. Try updating all drivers and windows itself. If the software part would not solve the problem try turning the PC with minimal parts. Maybe a bad ram stick.
