I am trying to play portal 2 coop over tunngle, and when i installed tungele it didnt installed adapter for it so i went to see whats going on. When i got to change adapter settings idont see eather of my adapters. Where are they

Check the device manager, make sure the devices are enabled and that the drivers are installed and up to date. You can try uninstalling Tunegle and see if they reappear. The app might be taking priority of the connections so it might have its own network manager, I haven't used the app so I dont know.

Have you tried removing it, rebooting the PC and see if windows reinitialize's your old adapters?

Hmm, in the device manager, try uninstaling the drivers for your adapters, then reinstall the latest. See if they come back, make sure you restart after every step so, Uninstall, reboot, install, reboot.
