So I've had this problem for a while, I have searched the internet high and low and I have tried everything under the sun that might fix the issue to no avail, and have made a couple of threads about it but didn't end up solving the problem. So what happens is, I get I don't know, "artifacts" on all of the games I play, but I doubt this is the issue. These "artifacts" can consist of sparkly white pixels in my games (typically folliage and trees) like these images:

As you can see it's really annoying and takes you completely out of the game. I also get horrible jaggy edges everwhere (antialiasing issues) in games as well.

NOTE: The problem doesn't look as bad in images.

Games I can confirm I'v seen this happen in:

Far Cry 4

Shadows of Mordor

Battlefield 4

Uningine Valley

Monster Hunter Online Benchmark

Watch Dogs

Dragon Age Inquisition

Things I have tried:

- Putting my GPU in another PC, which got rid of the issue

- reinstalling drivers countless times (14.4, 13.9, 14.9, 14.12)

- Using just integrated CPU graphics

- Refreshing Windows

- Trying a different install of Windows on the same PC

So due to the fact, that it probably can't be the gpu because using it in another system eliminated the problem, it can't be a software issue because a different HDD was used and the problem still resided, and I doubt it's a PSU issue because I have a pretty much brand new V750 Gold rated PSU it must be something to do with the CPU or RAM?

Please help me, it would be very much appreciated :(

Well they might not be as easy to see because you don't know what you are looking for.... But in-game there are sparkling white pixels on foliage, trees and everything, and also antialiasing doen't seem to work at all, there are jaggy's everywhere

Hmm.. What model is your GPU? How old.. What brand.. What gpu.. Etc.. Tell me!

Also check temps and tell me the Max and Min C* you see..

Also what are the specs, and "Birth of Purchase" the other PC has..

The model is a 280x toxic by Sapphire and it only ever reaches 70 degrees, and I used the GPU in another system where I wasn't getting the problem so it must be something else

I don't see any "artifacting" in the pics.  Maybe the screenshots don't capture it... maybe you should go see a doctor (for your eyes, I am serious).

As I said in the post, its not as visible, probably because of the lower res. And if I had an eyesight problem would I be seeing antialiasing lines or sparkling dots in trees? And just in games?

How old are both systems?? Give me full specs!

1. Yours

2. Other PC

Well my specs are in my signature. And the PC that has problems is about a year old. And the one that doesn't is fairly new

PC that doesn't get problems

CPU: 8320

PSU: Coolermaster Thunder 600watt

Mobo: Asus low model (can't remember the model number)

RAM: G.Skill Sniper 2x4gb

To be honest with you.. it's weird ok? It can be the drivers as each PC is different.. HDD problem? maybe.. cuz again.. every PC is different.. different parts, different.. etc

White aliasing lines, I guess it's the GPU.. or your monitor. Also, you're not alone.. I cry too when I see white lines.. like jagging .. ehhhwww looking staircases like lines are moving on my screen.. ughh I hate it.. but there's nothing I can do really.

also, really I think it must be your GPU or monitor. but other than that, you have a really weird issue.

Also, just for a try.. ok? This is an AMD Pixel clock patcher.. just try this for the "lols" .. http://www.monitortests.com/atikmdag-patcher-1.3.zip

download this.. run it.. click on OK .. and restart your PC. then try. aight?
