I dont know anything about H2O cooling, but it looks like a custom fabricated piece to me.

I'm just trying to do something like this: http://linustechtips.com/main/uploads/monthly_12_2014/post-59872-0-70288000-1419160519_thumb.jpg but with my Swiftech pump instead.

According to the link it says universal D5 pump mount so I would think that your Swiftech one would fit. It does seem like they want you to use a X-Res for it though I'm not sure if that is required, more so the example they used.
