Defiantly the 900D.

I really like the Cosmos for looks, but it doesn't have a side panel window.

Yeah, despite the Cosmos II being so, so massive, CM actually did some interesting things.  Most of the case is divided into specific partitions for cooling, notably air cooling.  This means each area is actually a normal size, but combined is quite large.

If you wanted to do a lot more work, though I think you could make an amazingly clean water cooled system with the Cosmos II, as it has ample areas to hide ugly things like the pump, res, etc.  That would certainly require drilling holes, etc, but I think it could work nicely.

Care to explain why? I like the looks of the Cosmos II but I also like the 900D... It's so simple that it's great!

so you're saying it's more like a full tower than whatever is bigger than a full tower? :P (I can't remember what they're called)

Exactly.  Take a look at a random photo I found:

s-prewire.jpg

Notice how the bottom of the case is mostly separate?  Divides up the look.  Also.. 6 drive bays?  Really CM?  lol.. jeez I think they could do a bit better there. You'd need to remove all those top bays for rads and things.

Hahaha! Trust me, when you get a full loop, filled, dual GPU, HDDS, etc, this will weigh in excess of 75 pds. You'll need those babys.

A little off topic but do you know exactly how robust those handles are? In reviews they all said its robust but they were all empty and the Cosmos is already a heavy case by itself. My Scout II handles seems super robust (even tho the system is only 15 kg)

Sadly, I don't.  To be fair, I wouldn't lift a 75lb fully built system with them, as they simply won't be attached that firmly.  I think in one of Linus' really old videos he lifts the case with the handles.  Unfortunately, I cannot remember if that was before or after they built in the cases during showcases/reviews.

I would get Phanteks Entho Pro to be honest .It cost less it is full of modularity and expandibility and to be honest i would keep the money diffrence and get watercooling parts . I mean in my country the Phanteks cost 100 euros and those 2 cost almost 400 . Heck with 300 euros difrence you can almost get a 970 . Regardless if you want to get one of those 2 get 900D
