Change to a cpu cooler that fits in the case. NH-U12S would be a decent choice. Or change to a case that can has a max cpu cooler hight > 167 mm.

 

The psu capacity is a fair bit more than needed. Even if a second gpu were to be added.

He has an AX760i. That's $185 on NewEgg. A RM750 is $120, $99 after rebate. My point was that the PSU is pricey just for a better name and a slightly better 80+ rating.
