I want to build a pc for me grandpa to use for real basic use emails,facebook,skype no office tasks can someone suggest a cheap solution?

To be honest I think building a PC is a bad option in this case. What about a tablet like the Memo pad?

nah he cant use tablets the case is such a big problem i can find some cheap ones in stores, i just want some feedback on the cpu mobo combo.

I was thinking for this one

Intel CPU Celeron G470 (1155/2.0GHz/1,5M)+Gigabyte H61M-S2PV ( s 1155 , H61 , DDR3 ) 

they cost around 70 euros, and 2 GB of ram, may a cheap gpu for skype and videos if the cpu graphics are not enough or another 2 GB of ram, i will be reusing my hard drive with the OS

 are you sure it has an operating system installed?

i can use my current HDD as an external one which has the OS installed if it hasnt an OS already
