PC upgrade

Hi everyone, I do apologize if my post is in a wrong section I am new here so please do not judge.

 

Okay. My initial question is that recently I decided to upgrade my pc, gaming and I order few parts

1. EVGA GTX 970 FTW 4G VIDEO CARD

 

2.Corsair CP-9020054-UK RM Series RM650 80 Plus Gold 650W

and this is where things get interesting. I currently have motherboard DT2410 http://en.hwbot.org/hardware/motherboard/dt2410/,  then I have Intel Core i5 3330 @ 3.00GHz,  and 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24)

 

so will this work if I merge them all together or not?
