What would you recomend for headset arround 50€?

 

Logitech G230 Stereo Gaming Headset 

Are they good?

If it MUST be a headset then I would recommend stretching the budget a bit for a Plantronics Gamecom 780/788

No you don't need surround

no. Games use a trick and make it seem lik you are in surround but only are simulating surround

Absolutely, if you use the in-game headphone mode or a virtual surround solution. It helps to have headphones with a large soundstage.
