Video camera options?

Hey guys, I am looking to buy a camera that can film at least 720p or 1080p and that is slightly better than a typical iPhone 4 camera (what I use now) I want to use it to film vlog videos from my room and out and about, it needs decent audio to, would I want a digital camera or a bridge camera. I have narrowed down 4 options in my price range.

1. GoPro Hero (Entry level GoPro)

2. Sony Cybershot SONY DSCH300B Bridge Camera

3. Canon Powershot SX280 HS

4. Samsung WB200F
