Weird far cry 4 visual problems?

Hey guys,

 

Have something weird going on with far cry 4 that is keeping me from being able to play.....

 

I have a weird issue where background scenery will be "etched" into the screen. This "etch" which can vary from tree's to building interiors will be softly visible at all times while moving around, making it very hard to play the game. What is etched will vary from load to load, with me maybe getting a few mins before something gets imprinted into the background.

 

Using 2 970's and have tried various quality settings from low to nvidia. All latest drivers.

 

 

Any ideas??

Disable SMAA if you have it enabled. It's a problem with SLI systems that also affected me.

hmm , set DisableLoadingMip0="0" to 1 in INI file and try in C:\Users\(your user name )\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 4\
