All the LEDs on my mainboard are on and everything seems fine, but when im pressing the power button it just won't power on... it does nothing. Even the power button on the mainboard doesn't do anything. I somehow got it booting pressing the power and reset button multible times, also restarted it a few times, but as soon as i shut my pc down the problem started again.

At some point i noticed that the fans started spinning when i switched my psu off. And after some experimenting i found out that i can get my pc to boot by pressing the power button and then switching my PSU off and on fast.

If my PC boots everything seems completely fine.

I tried Intel Burn Test... fine.

3D Mark... fine.

Memtest...fine.

A few hours gaming... also fine.

I just don't know what the fuck is wrong. I also tried taking it completely apart but i just ended up having the same problem. Right now everything works fine although my mainboard-LEDs say "40" which means: "waking up from the s4 sleep state"

Asus Rampage IV extreme (im using the latest bios)

Intel Core i7 3930k

GTX 980

Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 10 1000W

Windows 8.1

16gb G.skill ripjaws Z

I'm thinking that my PSU might be broken but i'm really not sure since i can stress it and everything seems fine.
