Teamspeak Muting issues

So whenever It try to mute someone on TeamSpeak the person stays muted for like 5 seconds then unmutes... I can't figure out how to disable... HALP!

 

Muting locally - 

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.
