hi i got one big problem here, when i start my computer i get the toshiba logo but after this i got a blackscreen with a underscore on the top left screen.. and i cant do nothing i try to boot with a pen but i got same problem :\

That's the BIOS saying "what the hell, there's nothing to boot from". Check your boot order.

yes, but i put my boot usb with windows and appear same thing black screen x|

It's not being able to boot from that device, make sure you are using a USB 2.0 Port and that the boot order is properly set up, as well as the USB stick functional with the boot files on it correctly installed.

well right now i put HDD to boot and same black screen.. first time i saw that thing really annoying

ahh one more hint, led of my num lock is on and i cant turn off Oo
