Looking for a silent 200mm AF fan

So yeah, I'm at the point of updating all the fans in my 650D (was all stock untill this point, the performance is okay, but the noise levels are not). I got several 120mm Noctuas, but I'm kinda iffy about the front intake 200mm one. Is a Bitfenix Spectre Pro a good option? (keep in mind that I don't have to run it at 100%, the case is got a fan controller) Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Any unknown button should be pressed even number of times.

does it take a 180mm fan? if so the silverstone air penetrater 180mm is one of the best. other then that the bit fenix one is fine

Nah, it doesn't. It's possible to mod it for dual 120s, but I don't have the time for that.
