I have :

Pentium e2200  

2gb ddr2 memory

geforce 210 1gb

samsung hdd 250gb

250w psu

 

as you can see I need an (upgrade/new pc build)  pls help me with this

You need a new PC.

Save up another $200 and build then.

Not really, look at the specs.

Actually the 285 is around 10% faster than the 280

You can overclock the 280. The 280 has 1 more GB of RAM.

Oh ,where'd that extra $100 come from :D. To be fair there's not much you can improve apart from the aethetics
