Changing Thermal Paste?

Hey guys, so when I installed my H80i, I just used the stock pre applied thermal paste. I gave my dad a new chip for christmas, and put it in for him, I used some Arctic Silver 5. I was wondering, how much would I benefit from taking off the stock paste, and swapping it with this stuff?

Negligible

 

The pre-applied stuff is plenty good. However, since you already have the other thermal paste on hand - I personally would change it, because why not...? I wouldn't go out of my way and order new paste though.
