Never played it but I'm kinda dumb for looking at these requirements lol. By not demanding, I mean't for normal desktop PCs you buy that come with a decent processor and a 1GB card. Well the Multiplayer is demanding as fuck, but could also just be that the engine is fucked and not well optimized.
