Its just there is another one of those things in the PSU and the yellow plastic isn't crumpled silghtly and doesn't have the brown stuff on it.

If you´re not sure if you want to use this psu, get another one.

Psu´s are cheap these days. And this one can be used as replacement or for a new pc project.
