Phone for under 350$ ?

My galaxy S2 after 4 years of use broke down. Now I am looking for a new one. But what should I get? Maybe you have any recommendations? I am looking for a phone which has quite good camera, display and good OS with long term support. I was looking at Nexus 5. what do you think? Would it be a good choice?

Check your local classifieds for a Oneplus One. Here, there's tons available.

Nexus 5 is a solid option but doesn't have the greatest camera. It's not bad, but not great.

Those are really the only two phones I'd suggest in that price range.

What about LG G3? It looks beautiful and costs almost the same. Have any comments on that?
I am afraid of buying OnePlus One for one reason: OS is cyanogenmod. I used cyanogenmod on my S2 and can say that it can be very buggy sometimes, so I am afraid of that.

However, I am afraid that G3 will not be updated to latest OS's for a long time...
