kraken x61 (temps ) thoughts

hey guys just finished up putting a kraken x61 in my h440 its front mounted the two fans are in push (internal air than exhausted ) .. what do you guys think of the temps? not scientific about it but here they are.

 

i7 3770k not OC

 

core 1 25c

core 2 21c

core 3 30c

core 4 22c

 

that is at idle and not sure about room temp .. the heat is on so not to low .  thoughts on temps? should i try to get them lower or not bother

That seems pretty good. my 8350 idles at about the same OC'd, but that's also with a Dark Rock Pro 3 on it

yeah and plus im using internal case air to draw across the rad , would probably be lower if i did push using fresh air

not to be mean, but idle temperatures are kinda useless.

idles should be between 6-8° above ambient. the 100% load temperatures are

the testament to performance.

you're absolutely right !! thats how benchmarks are done for liquid coolers because thats when it really shows the better coolers from the worse coolers , i just am very limited with overclocking options because of my motherboard lacking vcore voltage settings
