Extreme Stuttering in Advanced Warfare

I'm experiencing awful stuttering in Advanced warfare and many other titles, even on 720p! this has been going on for quite some time and I really need help here. I've tried overclocking my gpu, core parking, installing the game on different HDD's. I'm just really stuck here.

Amd FX 8350 OC 4.6ghz (Watercooled)

Reference R9 290x (Watercooled) 

16gb Corsair vengeance LP 

AsRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer 

Corsair CX 750m 80+ Bronze Psu 

WD Blue 1Tb HDD 

Kingston 120gb SSD

That game is broken.

At-least yours works. Mine won't even start.

Is super sampling on in the settings?

Super sampling is disabled, 

 

That game is broken.

At-least yours works. Mine won't even start.

This is happening with many other games too!

The game was made poorly.
