Random Steam(Dota2) disconnects

Hi, so my problem is if i play Dota 2 sometimes Steam itself is randomly disconnecting I did not encounter this with any other game so far, if i try to close it and log back in it tells me it can't connect to the Steam Network after 10 ot 15 times trying to reconnect i can finally log back in then it disconnects again and writes me "No Steam connecting".

Steam reconnects on its own after a time though when i try to get back into Dota 2 usually kicks me back out, should i manage to stay in it runs with a massive delay(10 to 15 sec.), 2 - 5 FPS so its absolutely unplayable.

Now the best part is while this is happening my Internet is perfectly fine, everything works as it should except Steam and Dota.

The Problem was already here a few months ago and disappeared as randomly as it came. I did not find any solutions yet and was hoping someone here might be able to help me.

Are you wired or wireless? What's your internet speed like?

I am wired and internet speed is http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4023585094 and router is a Pirelli PRG AV4202N2 which i gto from my ISP, though i can't really imagine that it has anything to do with the internet connection since everything else like Skype, Spotify and Chrome is working fine except Steam/Dota.
