pls help windows 7 password reset

i jsut changed my pc pasword to soemthing complicated and i forgot it , i changed it 10 minutes ago and i am still in the os i havent shut down my pc yet , is there anything i can do from inside the os to recover my password or any software (since i am in the os and ahvent shut down) sorry for bad english and bad explanation but i need help fast

There are ways to unlock your password, hopefully someone here can help I do not remember the name.Everything will be fine.

Open command prompt under admin

 

Type in

 

net user Accountname Newpassword and hit enter
