ANything important on it? otherwise just reformat it.

Sounds like it has some sort of autorun set up.

Are you getting the error when trying to open it in Explorer or just when you plug it in?

When I click on my pendrive in explorer then usually my files would be there but there its "Pendrive(15GB)" , double click on that and the message pops up .

I would guess that usb drive has a autorun.inf file, either disable auto run on removable devices or remove the file using the command line (cmd) which shouldnt trigger the autorun.
