Best way to get fast storage with this build?

So this is what I plan on building very soon: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7swXdC. I don't want any mechanical drives, though. So, should I go with this m.2 and use a NAS? I want one that has like one TB but has another bay. Oh and if you can try to keep the build at $1900 or less if you can. One more thing: would playing games off of the NAS be ideal? Or should I just add a 4tb to the PC and be done? Sorry for so many questions so any help is greatly appreciated.
