Nvidia Geforce Experience Problems

Hello, I have a problem with the Nvidia Experience software. I installed the all the latest nvidia drivers and when I press on the 'Nvidia Geforce Experience' logo, it wouldn't pop-up at all, especially when I shutdown/restart my computer. I'm currently trying to uninstall Nvidia Geforce Experience software but it is stuck with this for a couple of hours (4 hours now). Is there a way to solve this problem? I really want to optimize my game settings.

You can just as easily optimize them manually in games.

So I don't need Nvidia Geforce Experience?!

Also I just built this computer (Last Friday) and I'm clueless about optimizing my computer to play games at high frame-rates. I've been using a laptop for 6 years and never touched the BIOS or anything.

geforce experience isnt just for optimizing games, its for shadowplay, drivers, and changing settings on some gpus

OP reinstall it. It takes a good while for geforce experience to open, it takes me about 10 seconds to open. I have no idea why and it seems to be normal, i had a topic on it awhile ago

@Mrkimmy i would leave it installed, it will notify you when there is a driver update. As for using it to optimize games i wouldnt. I find the nvidia suggested settings are poop and its better to do it yourself ingame

I get that. But the OP was only looking for optimization in titles. I use GeForce Experience. I know what it can do.

Strangely my CS:GO runs around 140fps with ultra/high graphics ._. is that a normal frame-rate? Because all of my other games run at 200+fps with ultra settings ._. 

Different games run at different frame rates. In addition, games have different optimization levels(or non at all).

Btw why does CS:GO have sudden frame drops? Is it usually the servers/lobbies? 

I believe CS:GO is more CPU bound than GPU bound, so any major frame drops may be caused by the CPU. What CPU do you have?

Have you ever used Safe Mode before?

Never used safe-mode before

It's a bare bones Windows environment. Only the basic drivers are loaded - which means your resolution will be at a lowly 640x480. Restart your computer, and when the system boots, spam F8. You'll get to a screen that tells you to pick various Safe Mode options. Pick the first one. Once it boots, attempt to remove GeForce Experience from there.
