mechanical keybaord under $100?

So I have a 3 year old Tt esports challenger (not even pro) and the shift is starting to break and i'm looking for a replacement. preferably not Razer or Roccat. My budget is $100 Australian (a little leeway).

 

The reason I don't want roccat or razer is because I have a friend who likes everything to be the same brand and just to annoy him i have every thing different.

If you want an awesome mechanical keyboard, don't care about modifier keys or having a Windows key and don't mind buying used, I would suggest an original IBM Model M.

 

On a more serious note, Corsair K series?
