Steam Mover?

Go to solution Solved by Coombzy,

That program does work and is a quick way of doing things. The other option is manually copying the steam folder and assigning Steam to the new SSD.

So I'm in the process of moving all my steam games from my 250GB boot drive, to my new 500GB SSD. I've heard of the program Steam Mover. Does anyone have experience with this? How exactly does it work, and where is a safe link to download it from?

I have a feeling that straight of copy pasting 30+gb folders would be hell.

Stupid question, but steam mover completely moves 100% of the game to the new drive? There's no need to keep it on the original?

From what I have heard it works the same as if you were to copy the entire folder.
