Mouse issues

Hey guys. I just got a new mouse. It's not a gaming mouse or anything it's just a regular old mouse. It works fine, but I've been noticing that when I'm loading a web page, the mouse stutters, but then as soon as the page is loaded, it goes back to normal. is this normal? Is there anything I can do about it?? It's fine in games, it doesn't stutter or anything like that. Thanks for your help!

Sounds like your CPU usage is peaking when loading websites. Your mouse requires some CPU power when you move it on the screen. You might want to look into an SSD or better CPU if this is the case because that means something is really bottlenecking which is a problem when all you're doing is web browsing.

Occassionally my mouse will do crap like that upon first bootup and loading up my webpages, it smooths out after a little bit...not sure if it would be a bottleneck as you stated when your gaming its fine which would be more cpu intensive than web browsing...i might check to see if al your drivers are up to date, also i typically like to plug my mouse into the USB ports direcly behind the Ethernet port (if applicable) because typically those are the ones that are controlled by the CPU and not an aftermarket USB driver. Hopes this helps!
