ITUNES videos over Synology (8-Bay)

Hello everyone,

 

I have set-up a Synology 8-bay NAS to centralize everything (including videos)

 

However, my Itunes videos (mostly in m4v) does not work ether nas to pc or nas to ipad.

 

I assumed that it was due to the M4V extension.... however my m4v videos that are NOT from itunes and also on the NAS seems to work...

 

im stumped on the situation... and will be troubleshooting more ideas today...

 

EDIT: May Container or Video Codec? (per itunes video)
