I am looking for a Cherry MX mechanical keyboard for cheap sub $50 US for a spare computer and I can't find any in any switch color for less than $60 but since this will be a secondary PC I don't want to go all out on it with a razor or ducky keyboard. So my question to you is can you find a keyboard for less than $50 that is REAL Cherry MX switches on board?

You need Mechanical Keyboards for less than $50? I aint got that, but I got one for $57.

Look at the reviews. 4 stars, mostly because it's glossy and attracts finger prints, the key print tends to fade over time (far easier than normal), the space bar  "is weird", and the LED's in the board are "blinding". Otherwise, most of them are 5 stars.

Here it is.

If you buy 50+ of them, you get each one for $49.83 or so.

... but that's not gonna happen. Is it? lol

Edit: I also want to emphasize that Monoprice has amazing warranty, RMA, and shipping service. They are an awesome website and always have the cheapest price for the best quality components. I love the place.

Seems like a decent board in terms of reviews and looks.

You might get lucky looking for used ones? I've never heard of a Cherry MX mechanical keyboard for that low of a price.

I don't trust used Mec keyboards last time I got one half the keys where gone and the one before had a broken PCB.

monoprice's mx blue board is occasionally $45 + ship.

I bought it and a black widow around the same time.

the bw is gone but I still have the monoprice.

Will work for electronic components and parts
