Unigine Heaven, Unigine Valley, Cinebench's GPU test.

 

Lots of games have built in benchmark utilities.

 

Do not under any circumstances run Furmark or Kombustor.  It is a card killer, even at stock speeds.

Really? Kombuster doesnt even make my card sweat
