Hi,
i am going to buy a new PC i mainly focused on learning 3ds max / Adobe , what would you recommend me to buy "CPU / MB / VGA /Rams" .

My budget is 1500€- 2300€

just find a 2 sites

I wouldn't recommend buying a pre-built--can you build the system yourself instead?

Here is a configuration that should be more than capable for rendering and 3d modeling fitting your budget. The prices are in USD but they will pretty much be the same in Euros +-5%.

Also you may not be able to find the exact parts at your local french etailer, so see this more of a guideline. Especially in terms of memory, you can just get what is cheapest and has the same specs.
