VTX3D RADEON R9 290X X-EDITION V2 for 300€?

So my local electronics store just put this card up for 300€ as a holiday special . I have never heard of VTX3D before so i'm a little reluctant , at that price i think it's a steal for a brand new 290x , anyone knows anything about the company? Reputation ? Anything would help.

They sell to smaller markets, I was looking into them, nothing bad came up.
