Sound bars are a bad value We usually recommend bookshelf speakers. Audioengine A2+ should be small enough to fit under there. Don't know what your budget is though.

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.

Pretty much any bookshelf speaker won't fit UNDER a monitor, that is why they are called bookshelf.

Happy to spend around $150

Creative gigaworks is the only thing I can think of that fits under your monitor but full size speakers are a better value.

Just get the cheaper t20 until you can save up for something better or when you have more room.
